The main body and other large parts are printed out of PETG for strength while the small parts and Greeblies are printed out of resin. 40 hour print time total.
several stacks of magnets are inside the base so it can stick to magnetic surfaces, just like in the movie. which also doubles as a battery pack holder.
Everything is custom designed and painted based on references from the real prop.
full color paint job and spray clear coats.
Base coat of silver is under the brown so that if it ever gets scratched, it looks like actual battle damage.
